World of the broken moon… I think I'm starting to piece some things together. The goblin (at least I think he was a goblin) that wanted Bean to retrieve the sword mentioned something about the world once belonging entirely to man. We also keep seeing buried pipes and lots and lots of skeletons… hmmm.

the red rock troll talks alot.

You must realize not everything the troll talks about is 100% true. There is a lot of speculation and a lot of myth about the world before the broken moon. Yet that was a long long time ago. 🙂

Poor Bean. A bit beaten up, cold, wet, tired, with a long walk ahead of him, and when he gets home, he still has a whole lot of dishes to wash…

Found this comic yesterday. I love it so far and I'm waiting anxiously for the next page to go up. I particularly like the unique and seemingly out of place wildlife that is always present in the forest scenes.

I just found this comic and started reading it, I don't know what it is about it. The fantastic art, the unique twist on good old LOTR feel, perhaps its the fun writing of the Troll? I don't know but boy was this a fun read so far!

What climate does the world of the Broken Moon have? With all the dinosaurian/ dragon types running around, it has a subtropical look…but the trees are wrong for that.

Actually the forest of darkleaf is extremely large and has many different environments in it. Bean is now quite far from his home. The world of the broken moon is even larger. Right now we are only visiting sections of it and this swamp is deep in the lower bowels of it.

Oh man, poor, poor Bean :/

Has the tree on Bean’s left side a face or am I just fantasising?

Looks great as usual!
