Male fighter: “But the rest of the story is absolutely true.”

Ranger: “You slew all those goblins…by stepping on a rake?”

Male Fighter: “Yeah. I still don’t know, but it happened. I stepped on the rake, it hit me in the face, the sword fell out of my hand, landed pommel-first in time for a goblin to walk into the tip. The crossbow it was holding discharged, ricocheted off my armor into another goblin. I managed to recover myself, saw they had a vampire in the party, so I shoved the handle through its heart. In its death throes it spun around and fatally struck a few more goblins…after that it was just a chain reaction.”

Female Fighter: “Oddly enough…yes. That much is true.”
