Ahh, yes. Possessing sword says you have the right to be the king, but controlling the sword shows that you have the responsibility to become the King.

Otter has a strong sense of right and wrong, and defense of the weak (I.e., how she perceives Bean). But who sent her to her task? Clearly not “the little dragon”.
