Long Mu: Mother of the 5 Dragons
This is one of my entries to the gods and goddesses book buy Mike Collins. I am really happy with this and I love the legend behind it as well. The dragons are the key, I made them all unique based on their color.
The book should be out for SDCC.

I love the look she has on her face, like 'If you hurt my babies, you are going down!' xD I also like that tree, and the textures on it and stuff. I wish I could draw trees as well, but sadly I can't (not yet, anyway).

i believe all mothers have the potential to be that way:)
as for trees, look at them like people, they are boney, jointed and full of texture:) practice, dedicate a sketchbook to trees and you will be quite surprised as you work through it.
