Well I’ve thought about it and after a bit of an internal debate, finally decided to update 3 times a week. That was a tough choice, because there were many factors that go into this. One reason though is it will add a bit of work to me, yet more accountability. On my blog though- just click home I really go into figuring this out. If you want to read some of my frustrations just go to the blog.

Anyways, I hope you enjoy the added bonus, and sorry for the update changes, but now instead of Monday and Thursday, updates will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Would love to hear your opinions.

why is there something that looks like an old rubber tire half buried in the mud, Ive seen so many while fishing that it jumped right out at me.

there's always stuff in the mud:) some of it looks familiar to us as well. It might be a tire it might not be:)

Great drawing style: bold and dynamic.
I enjoy all the details you toss in with the main story, like the critters and whatnot macrocosms. You're already pushing the envelope, and you want to do more?
I say try it (and it will be welcome) but reserve the right to slow it down anytime you need to.

thanks glenn. I reserve the right to slow down and yet i also have the drive to keep the story moving i think doing this allows it to move at a much faster pace.

Awesome! I've really been enjoying this!

I will enjoy it even more now that it's three-a-week.

Wonderful page! Although to go down that far the tail must have hit him pretty hard!

Actually that tail hit him pretty hard and threw him.

I agree with Spandex. I was workaholic some years ago and I can say those were the happiest times for me.
But I had to let the work slower because I reached a point where I was loosing productivity fast.

Well that's one of the reasons why I have almost a 5 month Que set up. If I was going week to week I would not even consider this.

That's one thing I've seen you do in your art that I don't see a lot in webcomics–really really good handling of underwater environments. Great work! Also, I will be happy with whatever pace works for you for this comic–it's a good story, I'd follow it even at once a week.

Thank you. Environments are really important to me. They can be almost a character in themselves and add so much more to a story if they are done right. As I draw, I try to separate myself from the action of the moment and dwell on the surroundings for a bit. It makes for a much more realistic scene.

Thanks also for staying with the story – that means a lot. Feedback really helps me stay focused, that is important to me.

Really have to compliment the environments. Noticed it even with your interiors, but the undergrounds and the forests- really rich details. The settings definitely hold their own as characters. Looking forward to White Hall, down the line.

Thank J Luc- Its a very important part for me and I too look forward to finishing off the designs to the white hall, actually I am just excited to get to heart leaf:)

All the other heroes said I was crazy to fight a monster in a swamp, but I fought one anyway. And we sank into the swamp. So I fought another one, and we sank into the swamp…

An extra day of comic awesomeness each week? What's NOT to appreciate about that effort? Thanks, Trav!

Hey now…..don't be adding stress to yourself on our (the readers) account.
I'm perfectly content with the 2-a-week updates. If 3 pushes you to the brink of insanity or gives a stroke from anxiety, then thats kind of counterproductive.

I just wanted to tell you something. Tonight my son started to read your web-comic from the beginning. Considering he's 7, and I find nothing inappropriate for young readers in your webcomic, I think you might have just gotten a lifelong fan. He loves your comic so far!
