Chapter: Chapter 7 the Emerging Storm, The Bean Comic

Characters: Goblins

Location: Dark Leaf Forest, Goblin Camp

I started off the day in a lull and even a bit moody. That mood changed as I opened an email around 3pm and squealed like a little girl. I was nominated for an Eisner. I was floored….

I look at the talent around me and I am so humbled that I have been counted to stand among them. It has been a dream for a long time, just be nominated. I am so grateful for the support and I look forward to the future.

As I gather my wits the next few days, I really have a lot to think about and a lot on my mind. I am really excited for the other nominees as well. There are some extremely talented artists out there and I hope you go check them out as well. Just click the eisner graphic for the full list.

Hi, I discovered your tale and your art, right from Eisner's nominations.
I catched up with the story and I find it extremely hooking and beatiful.
You really deserve the nomination 🙂
Still, I didn't understand the flower's hint of two pagesa ago … but maybe, it's not a loss since probably it will become clear in the future.
Anyway, you have a new dedicated reader, Mr Hanson.

I think that's terrific too! I wish I knew enough about coloring digitally to be able to do that work for you, I love to use color in paintings.

i'm so excited i just got your comics in the mail today!!! 🙂 i just have to say its even better in a book rather than on the internet… and i didn't even think that was possible but apparently it is!!! and i love the drawings on the inside of the cover! props trav!
