Sorry about the late update- i just noticed all my dates are off…

Here is the inkwork to the back of the new Bean graphic novel. It is full production and watching the support and pledges to the kickstarter project has gotten me excited. As you might of guessed I am going to be talking a lot about this project until it’s end date. If you want to get a book before anyone else and some extra perks, I would hope you take a moment and support us. visit my kickstarter project here.

Whats cool about this is you can watch the progress and also find other incredible projects to support. There are some incredible things over there. I have really appreciated all the support.

Also I will post the back color work when we break the 50% mark on the project.

thanks and keep creating.

It is clearly some kind of large, hump-backed gargoyle.

What a stunning page! I love the spread of mountain scenery. Also, that is one big dragon.

Hmmm, a flight of dragons… that wonderful song just popped into my head when staring at this page, and I now think the Bean deserves an equally epic song! Now if only I could actually write music… (that's my long winded way of saying your art is as inspirational as ever 🙂 )

I like how stocky the dragon is. Those are really nice looking mountains, too.

I must say, your work is very inspiring to me. More than any other artist in the last couple years, your work has motivated me to pick up my sketchbook and start drawing (and I've read a lot of comics in the past couple years).

Keep it up! 🙂

…and it has crested the 50% mark. I wish I was able support your excellent work. Ive been part of the slightly more than 1 in 10 for almost 2 years. Though that number is only of those who are collecting unemployment, not the rest of us.

Wow, that's a serious new predicament…

Have your say!
