Oddly- I had a conversation this last weekend much akin to this one… At a reenactment!

I love the repartee in this one!

If you don't mind me adding my two cents about the grammar, though…
"It adds flavor.." should be "it adds flavor…" An ellipsis has three periods, not two.
"Sometimes a dish needs a little more then a dash of salt." should be "Sometimes a dish needs a little more than a dash of salt." "Then" is a time; "than" is a comparison.
"You don't say lad." should be "You don't say, lad." with a comma.
"I do say" should be "I do say." with a period at the end.
"Its that the food of the north is rather bland" should be "It's that the food of the north is rather bland." with an apostrophe in "it's" and a period at the end.
"It's all about the spices, they add the true flavor" should be "It's all about the spices. They add the true flavor." to avoid the run-on sentence and to add a period at the end.
"So, what other creatures haunt the underground Paddinaulk?" should be "So, what other creatures haunt the underground, Paddinaulk?" with a comma.
"All sorts, the worst though are the dojos." could be "All sorts. The worst, though, are the dojos." to avoid the run-on sentence and to add the commas, or it could be "All sorts, although the worst are the dojos."

That's it! As said, I love the dialogue in this page, but you ask for grammar correction, so….

How bout the first than needs to be then I believe, and the know in the last panel needs to be known. Not trying to nit pick just following the adage, many eyes make less bugs.
