i do it all the times…especially on tricky scenes. I even run dialogue in the car by self- out loud in character to help it become a little more believable as I write it down.

I can help but feel that the final panel is a little awkward. Maybe it's just because you catch him mid-swing, but it seem to me that handling a sword that way would at least kill your leverage and maybe have potential to injure your wrist.

i struggled with that last panel and it wasn't until i actually acted that part out, that i realized the movement was correct though awkward. I should prob have added more curves in the clothing though to give it a more valid approach. I wanted to give the blade a more fluid approach. 🙂
